Ascend With Arcis

One of Arcis' strategic advantages is best-in-class leadership, and to ensure talent density, Ascend with Arcis was created. Ascend with Arcis is a curated rotational program focused on early-career individuals who will each spend 36 months exposed to critical areas of our business, with the end goal of placement in positions of increased responsibility within our clubs. Each cohort of the program will be placed in specific geographic markets across our portfolio and will provide the selected participants with access to targeted development, stretching on-the-job training, and access to supportive mentors.
