Maya Mammetgulyyeva

Master Professional

Maya joined The Manor Golf and Country Club in November 2018. She assists the Director of Tennis with a variety of programs and has extensive experience as an independent instructor, coaching private sessions that have led her students to victories in intermediate high school and ALTA kids matches. Her primary focus is junior development. Previously, Maya contributed to summer tennis camps at Brenau University and Chattahoochee County Club.

Maya’s coaching philosophy emphasizes attention to fundamental details that make a significant difference on the court. She focuses on proper footwork, grip, and style development, while teaching players the importance of tactical concepts such as “weapons” and patience during match play.

A former collegiate tennis player, Maya achieved a 17–2 record at Fresno City College and competed in the top three lineups at Brenau University for all three years in NAIA competition. She was also selected to the NAIA All-Conference Southern States First Team each year of her collegiate career.
