Dear Valued Members,

The last few weeks have certainly been unprecedented for each and every one of us. In light of recent announcements, and in an effort to navigate these uncharted waters, please know that our primary focus has been, and will continue to be, the health and safety of our members, guests, and team members. Rest assured that we have implemented the most aggressive and stringent cleaning protocols to enhance our already strong, regular sanitation procedures. As always, we are disinfecting and cleaning (with ever-increasing frequency) surfaces in front of the house, back of the house, light switches, doorknobs, high-touch surfaces, and all public areas.

Additionally, I want to thank each of you for the continued support of your respective club and its tireless group of hard-working team members. We continue to diligently address the evolving impact that our current situation is having on food and beverage service and our hours of operation (limiting dine-in services and otherwise operating in accordance with all local, state and federal restrictions). We will continue to monitor the up-to-the-moment recommendations from the CDC, WHO, and regional authorities.

With that said, our company’s foundation, our purpose, from our very beginning, was to create extraordinary experiences and forge emotional connections with our members and guests. Today, Arcis Golf, along with our 61 clubs and over 6,000 employees, feels that need now more than ever. Over the weeks and days ahead, we believe that we can make the greatest positive impact by doing what we do best – serving our community. First, by keeping our golf courses and other outdoor recreational amenities open for play and relaxation. Secondly, by providing convenient ‘to go’ family-oriented menu options that members and guests can enjoy either on the course or at home with their respective families (hours of operation and menus may vary by club).

As you might suspect, the fluidity of the situation presents a very challenging situation for our clubs and team members. In an effort to continue service to our members and provide an ongoing means of compensation to as many of our team members as possible, we are currently offering the following economic incentive to our members:

  • Beginning on April 1, within each specific membership category, we will be offering members a monthly dues credit that equates to 100% of their current monthly dues pricing and may be utilized once our clubhouse facilities are fully operational from an in-dining perspective (credits will expire six months thereafter). Depending upon your respective membership category and your clubs’ specific range of amenities, credits may be applied to food and non-alcoholic beverages, and guest or cart fees. Over the coming days, we will provide each of you with specific details regarding this limited offering.

In the interim, during this tumultuous time, I’m honored that our clubs can be both a respite and retreat from the daily headlines. Whether on the court, range, or course, social distancing protocols will be continually implemented to allow families to enjoy a little fresh air and the games that they truly love. We appreciate your understanding during this uncertain time and encourage you to take the proper precautions to remain healthy. Each morning our team will be at the club to serve your family with both compassion and a servant’s heart.

Thanks to everyone for your positive attitudes and looking for ways to get through this together. At some point though, hopefully sooner rather than later, the world will return to normal and we will be ready to welcome you back with a full range of new and exciting content and programming. What is most important now is that you stay safe and healthy. Thank you for being a valuable part of the Arcis Golf family. We are very grateful for your loyalty. We never take it for granted.

My best to you, your family and friends,

Blake Walker
