Jeff Raffelson is a Regional Vice President of Operations for Arcis Golf. In this capacity, he is responsible for the daily operations oversight and management of a region of clubs. Prior to his current role, Jeff served as Regional Manager for Arcis Golf, Eagle Golf and American Golf. (Arcis Golf)
