Our Corporate Director of Representation, Linnet Carty, leads these initiatives with unparalleled passion. “Arcis Golf is proud to offer quality experiences, both on and off the course, to all golfers, of all abilities,” says Linnet. “Through our various partnerships and financial support we continue to advocate for spreading awareness and inclusion for all.”
Arcis making golf accessible to everyone shapes every aspect of our company. Join us on a journey where the fairways are open to all, and the driving spirit of golf knows no limits.
The Arcis Golf Inclusion Audit — Usable for any course or business, this audit tool features four chapters, each with approximately 20 questions. Chapters include Marketing and Communications, Physical Environment (both interior and exterior), Policies and Practices, and a Welcoming Staff. The staff each take one chapter and answer the questions and then debrief what they can improve and what is going well. Most adjustments don’t involve a financial investment. But the positive outcome can last generations.

Arcis recognizes that the future of golf and the strength of our workforce lie in diversity. Our dedication to workforce diversification means building a team reflective of the global community. We foster an inclusive environment that celebrates individual differences and perspectives. Arcis Golf hires the most qualified, diverse workforce available in each market.

Community Engagement
Arcis Golf was the presenting sponsor for the National Women’s Collegiate Golf Championship. The 28th annual event, conducted by the Women In Golf Foundation, Inc. (WIGF), is the organization’s major annual fundraising event, bringing together select women’s college teams. Chicago State University captured the Renee Powell Cup in April 2023.
“I am thrilled to be partnering with Arcis Golf,” said LaJean Gould, president of WIGF. “The company’s golf industry leadership will provide a valuable resource for our collegiate players as they navigate their careers and participate in many aspects of the game and the business of golf as well as support the summer program for young girls learning the game.”
Another community engagement event is in support of historically black colleges and universities (HBCU). Join us for the inaugural Arcis HBCU Golf Championship taking place Feb. 24-26, 2024, at Arcis Golf’s club at Weston Hills in Weston, Florida. To date, 29 men’s teams and 13 women’s teams, comprised of multicultural athletes, have committed.
“I feel truly privileged to contribute to the Arcis Career Exploration Event, knowing that these opportunities will light the way for a brighter tomorrow.” — Rich Jones, District Manager, Golf Galaxy and Rich Jones Golf Academy
Inclusivity is the driver of the Arcis mission. Arcis ensures everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the game of golf. Our dedication to accessibility goes beyond the course, reaching out to individuals of all abilities. We provide adaptive equipment, accessible facilities and inclusive programs that make golf accessible to everyone, regardless of physical or cognitive challenges. From beginner-friendly courses to specialized training and support, we break down barriers and open doors to a sport that knows no limitations. Join us in fostering a culture where accessibility is not just a priority but a fundamental aspect of our identity. Arcis paves the way for an inclusive future where everyone can experience the joy of the fairways.
“We are happy to share that Arcis Golf has shown support in many ways, specifically opening its doors at all of its facilities to adaptive golfers and USAGA member organizations in good standing. Pros in the Arcis Golf portfolio will work with adaptive golfers to build confidence and utilize golf as therapy in their lives through inclusion. In recent years, Arcis Golf facilities have hosted adaptive golf clinics, as well as seminars on adaptive golf, and want to do more to promote full inclusion.” — Jonathan Snyder
USAGA
For the fifth year, Arcis Golf supports the United States Adaptive Golf Alliance (USAGA) with a financial contribution to facilitate outreach campaigns and programming for disabled golfers. Additional resources will be made available to select clubs throughout this year. Through in-person golf instruction to people of all abilities — regardless of current health, physical, mental, sensory coping and well-being status—the USAGA’s 40 member organizations spread the joy of adaptive golf to 20 million individuals interested in learning the game. Last year, its member organizations provided adaptive golf opportunities to 40,000 individuals.
PGA professionals within the Arcis Golf portfolio work with adaptive golfers to build confidence and utilize golf as therapy through inclusion. For example, Ruffled Feathers Golf Club in Illinois will host summer Adaptive Golf Clinics for children with disabilities. The club partners with the Chicago-based Freedom Golf Clinics, which provided more than 6,237 adaptive golf lessons for its participant golfers last year.
Select facilities in Phoenix, Dallas, St. Louis and Los Angeles provide solo rider carts to adaptive golfers. Many of our clubs offer instruction to those in the adaptive community who want to learn to play golf.
“The United States Adaptive Golf Alliance is an ideal partner that helps bring more people to golf, as well as bring the game of golf to them,” said Mr. Walker. “Through our network of clubs, we give the USAGA and other organizations a platform to build the connections necessary to continue to serve their constituencies.”
Arcis champions the next generation of golf enthusiasts. Our youth programs and development initiatives instill a love for the game early. From junior clinics led by experienced coaches, to scholarship opportunities for promising talents, Arcis encourages growth and fosters excellence. Arcis commits to investing in their development, both as players and as individuals.
Our Youth Club-in-Hand events introduce the game of golf and offer a unique experience to youth, ages 7–12. Arcis Golf pros will manage drive, chip and putt events, starting in the Phoenix market and expanding throughout the portfolio in the coming months. Join us in shaping the future of the sport by empowering young minds to embrace the values of discipline, sportsmanship and camaraderie that define the spirit of golf. Together, let’s tee up success for the generations to come.
“Thanks so much for inviting the children to this amazing experience. They loved it and are looking forward to the next one.” — Autumn Gholston, talking about the youth-focused Club-in-Hand event
Arcis understands an inclusive supply chain is crucial for the continued success of our entire golfing community. Supplier Inclusion actively seeks partnerships with a diverse range of suppliers. Beyond merely sourcing products, we build relationships with suppliers that reflect the golfing world. By embracing diversity in our supplier network, we not only enhance the quality of our offerings but also contribute to the growth and prosperity of businesses from all walks of life. Help us tee up a supply chain that reflects the inclusive spirit of golf — a network where every link contributes to the strength and resilience of our shared passion for the game.
A series of Chamber Inclusion Cocktail Hours are scheduled in the coming months, introducing the company’s club leadership, regional managers and sales teams to Chamber of Commerce members and business owners in key markets. This is just one example of the many ways Arcis Golf commits to the communities it serves. Together, let’s drive change on and off the course through a supply chain that mirrors the diversity and dynamism of the golfing community.
Supplier Inclusion — Including women, individuals with disabilities, people of color, veterans and LGBTQ business owners in the procurement process improves supply chain management and impacts these diverse business owners. Supply chain areas include food and beverage, health and wellness, and merchandising.

The partnership with Round Up 4 Els for Autism and World Golf Hall of Fame member Ernie Els; his wife, Liezl and Els for Autism Foundation continues for the fifth year. The program, which runs every April, raises money two ways. Purchases — including merchandise, food and beverage, and golf — made by Arcis Golf club members, guests and patrons are “rounded up” to the nearest dollar and the round-up amounts are donated to Els for Autism. Additionally, each facility is free to stage its own events, such as a golf tournament, fun run, casino night or fashion show. All funds directly impact the lives of individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. In 2022, this campaign raised over $180,000.
“The Els for Autism Foundation funds important programs that are the leading examples of what can be available to people with autism spectrum disorder,” said Mr. Walker. “Our clubs, members and guests are always proud to participate in efforts to support the foundation through the Round-Up campaign and hosted events.”
