To help plan your visit, here are a few helpful details

Our team is always happy to answer questions or assist with special requests. Whether you’re here for a round, a celebration, or simply good company, we look forward to making your visit exceptional.

Parking and Arrival

When you arrive, you'll be greeted at our bag drop area. Let the attendant know you're a guest and they'll direct you from there.

Guest parking is located at the first entrance to the club on the left, please pull up to the bag drop area for assistance.

We recommend arriving about an hour before your tee time — a little earlier if your group is joining us for lunch beforehand. This gives you time to get settled, change, and warm up without feeling rushed.

Note: If you arrive before your member-host, check in at the golf shop and let staff know you're a guest. They'll make sure you're taken care of.

Bag Drop & Check-In

Pull up to our bag drop and our outside service team will take it from there — your bag will be waiting when you're ready to play. There's no need to carry clubs through the clubhouse.

Stop into the golf shop to check in for your round. Our staff will have your tee time on file under your member-host's name. It's also a great place to grab anything you may have forgotten — gloves, balls, tees, and more.

The practice range and short game area are available to guests prior to your round. Range balls are complimentary.

Dress Code

We take pride in maintaining a welcoming and polished environment throughout the club. Here's what to plan on:

  • On the course: Collared shirts (must be tucked in at all times), golf slacks or tailored golf shorts. No denim, cargo shorts, or athletic wear. Caps/visors worn in forward position.
  • In the clubhouse/Dining Rooms: The same standard applies. Hats and visors must be worn with the brim facing forward, and removed after 6pm in all indoor areas. Clean denim jeans without tears or rips are allowed.
  • Footwear: Soft spikes or spikeless golf shoes are required on the course. Metal spikes are not permitted. Flip flops are not permitted in the clubhouse at any time.

Please change into golf shoes in the locker room rather than the parking lot — we have comfortable facilities waiting for you.

Note: When in doubt, err on the side of neat and tidy. Our team is happy to help, and the golf shop carries essentials if you need them.

Gratuity & Payments

Your member-host handles guest fees for the round, which typically include greens and cart fees, and food and beverage during the round. We want you to relax and enjoy the experience — not worry about the tab.

If you'd like to make a purchase in the golf shop or food and beverage outlets, we accept credit cards but not cash.

Gratuity is always welcome and appreciated by our team. If you'd like to show your appreciation to outside service staff, locker room attendants, or our dining team, cash is the easiest way to do so.

Cell Phones & Photography

We ask that all guests keep their phones on silent upon arriving at The Club at Weston Hills. Phone calls are permitted only outdoors and in designated areas. We ask that phones not be used inside the clubhouse, dining room, or on the driving range.

Photography on the course and around the property is welcome for personal use. We simply ask that photos or videos intended for publication or social media be approved in advance, and do not include other members or guests without permission.

Locker Rooms & Clubhouse Access

Guests are welcome to use our locker room facilities. Our clubhouse includes locker rooms, dining room, men’s grille room, dining patio, Mullie’s snack bar, concierge areas, and banquet facilities. all of which are open to guests when accompanied by their member-host.

The Club at Weston Hills also offers aquatics, racquet, and fitness facilities which are available to guests when accompanied by their member-host. Fees may apply.

Smoking & Vaping

Permitted in outdoor areas only, away from dining patios and event spaces.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

Our members are passionate about this club, and we think you'll see why. A few things that help everyone have a great experience:

  • Pace of play: We take pace seriously. If a hole gets away from you, please pick up and move along — it keeps things enjoyable for everyone on the course. The Club at Weston Hills maintains a 4-hour, 10-minute pace-of-play standard.
  • Children: Children under 12 are welcome in all areas of the club, except the locker rooms, when accompanied by an adult member. Junior golfers must be at least 12 years of age to play golf without an adult and must be approved by the Director of Golf.
  • Guest frequency: Members may host the same guest up to 6 times per calendar year.
  • Most importantly — welcome! We hope this is the first of many visits, and we look forward to taking great care of you.
