Club Dress Code

Dress Code: Golf Course

Proper club attire is required of all Members and Guests. Men must wear shirts with collars, progressive collars, mock necks or turtlenecks, and sleeves. Proper attire for women is golf or dress shorts, slacks, or skirts. Collarless shirts must have sleeves and sleeveless shirts must have collars.

If you choose to wear a hat while playing, we require that it be worn with the bill facing forward.

Clothing items that are not permitted are as follows: jeans, denim, T-shirts, tank tops, cutoffs, sweatpants, basketball shorts, swimsuits, and anything deemed not appropriate by the golf shop.

Dress Code: Clubhouse

Proper club attire is required of all Members and Guests. Men must wear shirts with collars, progressive collars, mock necks or turtlenecks, and sleeves. Golf or walking shorts, slacks and skirts (for women) are considered proper attire. Jeans are permitted inside the clubhouse, provided they are clean, presentable, and deemed appropriate by Club Management. Golf caps are permitted inside the clubhouse before 5:00 p.m. but must be worn with the bill facing forward. Men may not wear hats or caps after 5:00 p.m. inside the clubhouse; however, hats or caps are permitted on the outdoor patios.

T-shirts, tank tops, inappropriate jeans, cutoffs, sweatpants, athletic shorts. Bathing suits, clothing marked with offensive language or a degrading message, or clothing that is torn or ripped or other attire deemed inappropriate by Club Management are not permitted.

Pace of Play

Your Position On The Course

Arcis Golf is committed to delivering extraordinary golf experiences that are played at an enjoyable pace. It is our expectation that every golfer accepts the responsibility to maintain their position on the course relative to the pace of play target time. At, The Rim Golf Club,  your round should be played in no more than 4 hours and we will manage accordingly to ensure an enjoyable experience for all members and guests.

 

By following the pace of play guidelines and helpful tips below you should be able to easily maintain your position on the course and complete your round at an enjoyable pace.  

In the event that a group is out of position or causing undue delay, our Player Assistants will:

1. Provide an initial friendly reminder and a specific expectation for the group to regain position.

2. Act as a forecaddie to assist groups in regaining position.

3. If a group is unable to regain position, the Player Assistant will provide that group with options to move back into position, such as skipping shots / holes, rain check, or restarting their round behind the last group.
