The Champions Ballroom
The Champions Ballroom is the club’s largest private dining space, perfect for couples with larger guest lists. The room is connected to the Hall of Fame and Legends Bar, which, together, can seat up to 225 guests and feature a dance floor. The private event rooms boast grand 18-foot ceilings, antique exposed wood beams, 2 cozy gas fireplaces, plenty of natural light, and a private bar. The Hall of Fame offers access to a covered patio and lawn for a charming cocktail hour or a nightly stroll.

At Eagle Brook Country Club, the booking process starts with scheduling a tour, where we’ll walk you through the space and discuss your vision. After the tour, we’ll check your preferred dates and place a hold if available. A signed contract and deposit are then required to officially secure your wedding date.

At Eagle Brook Country Club, couples can host their ceremony outdoors at our scenic pergola overlooking the golf course or choose an indoor space within the clubhouse if preferred. The pergola provides a picturesque backdrop for your vows while still being conveniently located steps from the reception space.
