At Eagle Brook Country Club, we can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated wedding reception in our clubhouse. The space is fully flexible to host both intimate and larger celebrations while still feeling elegant and open.

What's the booking process: timeline, deposit, and next steps?

At Eagle Brook Country Club, the booking process starts with scheduling a tour, where we’ll walk you through the space and discuss your vision. After the tour, we’ll check your preferred dates and place a hold if available. A signed contract and deposit are then required to officially secure your wedding date.
