Guest Experience

A Warm Welcome to The Manor Golf & Country Club

Welcome to The Manor Golf & Country Club, where an eighteen-hole course crafted by World Golf Hall of Famer Tom Watson meets a lifestyle built for the whole family. Tucked behind the gates of one of Milton's most sought-after communities, The Manor pairs championship golf with a complete racquet program, indoor and outdoor pools, a modern fitness center, and dining led by our executive chef, all wrapped in a calendar of events that brings members and guests together year-round. Whether you're here for a round on one of only sixteen Watson-designed courses in the world, a match on the courts, or simply an evening with friends, we've built this club so every visit feels like more than a stop, it feels like coming somewhere that belongs to you too.

Welcome to The Manor. This club has always been about more than the course, it's about the people who fill it: members teeing off at sunrise, kids splashing in the pool, friends catching up over dinner. I'm proud of what we've built here, and even more excited about what's ahead. Come see for yourself.

To help plan your visit, here are a few helpful details

Our team is always happy to answer questions or assist with special requests. Whether you’re here for a round, a celebration, or simply good company, we look forward to making your visit exceptional.

Parking and Arrival

You will need to stop at the main guardhouse or the one off of Hamby Lane to obtain access to the property. The left-hand lanes are reserved for guests. A security guard will request your Driver’s License, review the tee sheet (if applicable), and may call our Concierge to confirm your access for the day. Once confirmed, you will be allowed into the neighborhood. If you are golfing, you may park in our golf parking lot on the right-hand side. If you are dining with us, playing tennis, or participating in another activity, please park in the lot on the right-hand side where our Activities Building, outdoor pool, and tennis facilities are located.

Valet is available for Members only on Wednesday from 5-8pm and Thursday-Saturday from 5-9pm.

We recommend arriving about an hour before your tee time — a little earlier if your group is joining us for lunch beforehand. This gives you time to get settled, change, and warm up without feeling rushed.

Note: If you arrive before your member-host, check in at the golf shop and let staff know you're a guest. They'll make sure you're taken care of.

Bag Drop & Check-In

Pull up to our bag drop at our golf shop roundabout, and our outside service team will take it from there — your bag will be waiting when you're ready to play. There's no need to carry clubs through the pro-shop/clubhouse.

Stop into the golf shop to check in for your round. Our staff will have your tee time on file under your member-host's name. It's also a great place to grab anything you may have forgotten — gloves, balls, tees, and more.

The practice range and short game area are available to guests prior to your round. Range balls are complimentary.

Dress Code

We take pride in maintaining a welcoming and polished environment throughout the club. Here's what to plan on:

  • On the course: Collared shirts (tucked in), golf slacks, khaki pants or tailored golf shorts/pants. No denim, cargo shorts, or athletic wear.
  • In the clubhouse: The same standard applies. Hats and visors are permitted in all indoor areas.
  • Dining room: Country club casual attire. No swimwear, pajamas, or anything inappropriate.
  • Footwear: Soft spikes or spikeless golf shoes are required on the course. Metal spikes are not permitted.

Please change into golf shoes in the locker room rather than the parking lot — we have comfortable facilities waiting for you.

Note: When in doubt, err on the side of neat and tidy. Our team is happy to help, and the golf shop carries essentials if you need them.

Gratuity & Payments

Your member-host handles guest fees for the round, which typically include greens fees, cart fees, and food and beverage during the round. We want you to relax and enjoy the experience — not worry about the tab.

If you'd like to make a purchase in the golf shop, we accept credit cards only. Food and beverage in the clubhouse can be charged to the member’s account or paid directly by the guest via credit card.

Gratuity is always welcome and appreciated by our team. If you'd like to show your appreciation to our outside service staff, or our dining team, cash is the easiest way to do so.

Cell Phones & Photography

We ask that all guests keep their phones silent upon arriving at The Manor Golf and Country Club. Phone calls are permitted outdoors and in designated areas. We ask that phones not be used inside the clubhouse, dining room, or on the driving range.

Photography on the course and around the property is welcome for personal use. We simply ask that professional photos or videos intended for publication or social media be approved in advance by our General Manager. Please feel free to tag us in all personal photos: @manorgcc on Instagram and The Manor Golf and Country Club on Facebook.

Locker Rooms & Clubhouse Access

Guests are welcome to use our men’s and women’s locker room facilities.

Our main clubhouse includes our dining room, Turn Grill, bar, patio, golf shop, and event lawn - all of which are open to guests accompanied by their member-host.

Smoking & Vaping

Permitted in outdoor areas only, away from dining patios and event spaces.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

Our members are passionate about this club, and we think you'll see why. A few things that help everyone have a great experience:

  • Pace of play: We take pace seriously. If a hole gets away from you, please pick up and move along — it keeps things enjoyable for everyone on the course. Our pace is 4:15 for 18 holes.
  • Children: Children are welcome in all areas of the club. Junior golfers may golf at any age with their parents’ approval. Dressage and the Pilates+ studio are reserved for those 18+ only.
  • Pets: No pets, other than service animals, are permitted on the property.
  • Guest frequency: Guests are able to play our course up to 6x/year. Certain events are open to guests through member invite – all of which will be communicated through our emails.

Most importantly — welcome. We hope this is the first of many visits, and we look forward to taking great care of you.
