North Atlanta's Most Storied Address
The Manor Golf & Country Club opened in 2006 as the centerpiece of one of Milton's most prestigious gated communities, built from the start to be a full family club rather than just a golf address. Long operated as one of the marquee Atlanta-area properties and recognized as a Distinguished Club of America, The Manor built its reputation on the strength of its championship golf, its tennis program, and a clubhouse built for real day-to-day living. In June 2025, the club entered a new chapter when Arcis Golf acquired The Manor alongside The Country Club of the South and White Columns Country Club, folding nearly two decades of history into a new era of ownership focused on continued investment in the club's courses, facilities, and member experience.
Our Championship Course
The course itself carries a distinction few in the country can claim: it's the only Tom Watson-designed golf course in Georgia, one of just sixteen worldwide bearing the World Golf Hall of Fame member's signature. Watson shaped the 7,177-yard, par-72 layout around the natural terrain, working hardwoods, towering pines, quiet lakes, and streams into a routing defined by meaningful elevation change. True to Watson's design philosophy, the course rewards strategy over power, offering generous landing areas off the tee but demanding precision on the approach, with large, undulating Bentgrass greens and well-placed bunkers that punish anything less than a well-executed shot. Two decades after opening, it remains a genuine test for golfers of every level, a signature piece of Watson's legacy planted firmly in Georgia soil.
