Born from George Mitchell's vision for The Woodlands, the Club's story is deeply connected to the community's earliest days. From its beginnings as a destination for exceptional golf to becoming one of the area's most complete private club experiences, The Woodlands Country Club has grown alongside the community, bringing generations of members together through sport, recreation, and a shared sense of belonging.

With 99 holes across five distinctive courses, The Woodlands has a golf heritage few clubs can match. From the legendary designs of Arnold Palmer and Gary Player to the storied Tournament Course, a longtime PGA TOUR venue and current home of the Insperity Invitational, the Club offers members the rare opportunity to play where some of golf's greatest names have left their mark.

A New Chapter for The Woodlands Country Club

The next chapter of The Woodlands Country Club is already underway. Since acquiring the Club in 2025, Arcis Golf has committed to continued investment across the course, clubhouse, dining, wellness and overall member experience, building on everything members already love while positioning The Woodlands for an even stronger future.
