What's the booking process: timeline, deposit, and next steps?

At Eagle Brook Country Club, the booking process starts with scheduling a tour, where we’ll walk you through the space and discuss your vision. After the tour, we’ll check your preferred dates and place a hold if available. A signed contract and deposit are then required to officially secure your wedding date.

We hosted our company's annual appreciation dinner at Palm Valley, and our team is still talking about it. The setting was gorgeous, the food was outstanding, and the wonderful staff made everything effortless. We'll absolutely be back.
