Explore Life at the Club

Every Gathering Feels Like Home.

Social life at The Country Club of the South revolves around genuine, easy connection. Members gather around the fire pit on the patio lounge for an evening drink, fill the calendar with Men's and Women's Invitationals, and turn the clubhouse into the backdrop for weddings, banquets, and family celebrations throughout the year. It's a club built for the busy family, with enough going on that there's always a reason to stop by, and enough Southern hospitality woven through it that every event feels less like a function and more like time with friends.

Feel Good, Inside and Out.

Wellness at the club is about more than a workout; it's a full approach to feeling good. The on-site fitness center pairs personal training with a varied group class schedule, from yoga and Pilates to strength-focused boot camps, alongside state-of-the-art cardio and weight equipment. On-site physical therapy rounds out the offering, helping members address limitations and stay ahead of injury, whether the goal is competing at a higher level or simply moving better through daily life.

A Seat for Every Occasion.

Dining here covers every mood and occasion, from a casual breakfast or sports bar bite to a recognized chef's formal dinner service. Buffets, a la carte service, and a well-stocked wine program give members range, while banquet service and dedicated meeting space make it just as easy to host a family celebration as a business gathering. Kid-friendly by design, the dining program reflects the same idea that runs through the whole club: there's a place at the table for everyone.

Nicklaus Design. Lifelong Game.

Golf remains the heart of the club, played out across the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus championship design that's been ranked among Georgia's top courses and once hosted the Champions Tour's Nationwide Championship and the Georgia State Amateur. Beyond the round itself, members sharpen their game through a Callaway teaching studio, TrackMan-powered lessons, and club fitting, with programs like PGA Junior League, Crush It!, and Game On bringing new players, young and old, into the game. It's a course with real pedigree, backed by instruction built for every stage of a golfer's journey.
