The Country Club of the South - Johns Creek, GA

This role oversees all aspects of golf operations, retail, administration, and financial performance to deliver a first-class member and guest experience. Responsibilities include managing tee sheets, pace of play, tournaments, leagues, practice facilities, and golf car fleets; ensuring accurate tracking of fees, inventory, and equipment; and leading a profitable, well-merchandised golf shop. The position recruits, trains, and manages staff, administers handicaps and Rules of Golf education, maintains safety and compliance standards, and supports marketing, communications, and member engagement efforts.

Financial accountability includes budgeting, forecasting, yield management, and safeguarding assets. Success requires strong collaboration with course maintenance, food and beverage, and membership sales, along with PGA affiliation, operational expertise, leadership skills, customer-first mindset, and comfort using modern golf, CRM, and POS technologies.

Responsible for executing the sales process from business development to nurturing leads and closing the sale in order to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. The product line for this role will be Memberships.

The Clubs at Arrowhead is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Director of Racquet Sports to lead and elevate our Tennis and Pickleball programs for the 2026 season. Opening a new multi-million dollar facility in mid February, this individual will oversee all racquet sport operations, including programming, instruction, staff management, member engagement, and facility maintenance. The Director will work collaboratively with the management team to create exceptional experiences for our Members and their guests.
