Club Dress Code

As a valued member, we want you to feel. comfortable with our dress code standards.

We thank you for familiarizing yourselves with these standards. When bringing your guests, please share the dress code standards with them so they will feel comfortable at the Club.

Dress Code Standards will be notated on the promotional materials for all club events.

Should you have any questions, please let the Club know when you make your reservation or tee times.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Clubhouse (Includes all interior facilities and adjacent patios):

Young adults (12 years and older) in attendance at the Club are required to conform to the same dress code as adults.

Members or guests in fitness attire are not permitted in any part of the Main Clubhouse or on the Clubhouse patios.

Hats/caps/visors worn by men are not allowed in dining areas. Women are allowed to wear hats/caps/visors in dining spaces.

Religious or health-related head coverings will be allowed for appropriate occasions.

CASUAL DRESS CODE

Champions Grille & Patio, Valencia Lounge:

These areas are considered dining, unless otherwise noted for an event.

VCC golf attire and jeans are allowed (no jeans with patches, holes, or cut-offs) No hats are allowed in dining areas for men; allowed for women.

Collared shirts for men and appropriate dress for women are required.

FITNESS CENTER DRESS CODE

All participants must wear appropriate workout attire.

Athletic shoes must be worn at all times.

No jeans, cutoffs, swimsuits, or bare feet are allowed.

GOLF COURSE DRESS CODE

(Includes Practice Facility and Putting Green)

Appropriate golfing attire must be worn. No - Tube tops, tank tops, midriff-baring attire, denim blouses, T-shirts, short shorts, cut-offs, jeans, cargo shorts/pants, athletic shorts, bike shorts, yoga attire and warm-up suits.

MEN

Must wear collared shirts at all times. Shirts must be tucked in at all times. Hats must be worn with bill facing forward.

WOMEN

Slacks, golf shorts, capris, skirts or skorts longer than fingertips. The Dress Code applies to all areas of the Club. Members are asked to adhere to the Valencia Country Club dress code, and it is the Member’s responsibility to inform their guests of the dress code and ensure that proper attire is worn by their guests.

Management will at all times determine what is inappropriate and enforce the

dress code accordingly. We thank you for observing the Dress Code policy of Valencia Country Club.

Pace of Play

Your Position On The Course

Arcis Golf is committed to delivering extraordinary golf experiences played at an enjoyable pace. It is our expectation that every golfer accepts the responsibility to maintain their position on the course relative to the pace of play target time. At Valencia Country Club, your round should be played in no more than 4 hours and 15 minutes and we will manage accordingly to ensure an enjoyable experience for all members and guests.

By following the pace of play guidelines and helpful tips below you should be able to easily maintain your position on the course and complete your round at an enjoyable pace.

In the event that a group is out of position or causing undue delay, our Player Assistants will:

1. Provide an initial friendly reminder and a specific expectation for the group to regain position.

2. Act as a forecaddie to assist groups in regaining position.

3. If a group is unable to regain position, the Player Assistant will provide that group with options to move back into position, such as skipping shots / holes, rain check, or restarting their round behind the last group.
