DALLAS, Texas May 9, 2016 — If ever there was a place where Dallas Cowboys fans could truly “taste” victory, it’s the Ring of Honor Kitchen and Bar, a dynamic new gastropub at Cowboys Golf Club, part of the Arcis Golf portfolio of golf clubs nationwide.
The Ring of Honor Kitchen and Bar is the centerpiece of the clubhouse expansion at Cowboys Golf Club, the only NFL-themed golf club in the world. While paying homage to the beloved Cowboy legends who are members of the team’s official Ring of Honor at AT&T Stadium, the expansive restaurant-bar will delight food aficionados and football fans alike.
“There are so many great NFL moments that we salute and so many new experiences to enjoy – both in the rooms and on the menus,” said Hagen Cleek, general manager of Cowboys Golf Club. “The Ring of Honor Kitchen and Bar will appeal to everyone who lives in Dallas, as well as those here just visiting, or here on business. There is no place else like it.”
In a vibrant, interactive fan experience, the Ring of Honor Kitchen and Bar showcases dramatic original artwork depicting great moments in Dallas Cowboys history. Memorabilia ranges from replica Super Bowl trophies and world championship rings to attribute to Hall of Fame Coach Tom Landry, whose trademark fedora is on exhibit.
This experiential dining establishment features a lively bar offering a selection of artisanal cocktails, along with a rotation of a dozen Dallas craft beers, and an international wine menu chosen to complement the “right off the ranch” selections.
Outside the new restaurant is the main attraction, “Five Points Patio,” named in honor of the iconic star on the Cowboys’ helmets. A relaxed outdoor conversational area is ideal for larger groups and private events. The open, flowing space features Adirondack chairs, overstuffed couches, and both bar and table seating.
Guests on the patio can look out over a water feature, including a dramatic waterfall, or focus their attention on the wood-burning stone fireplace with a TV above the hearth.
A one-of-a-kind, natural grass putting course, lit for night play and perfect for friendly competition, is coming soon and sure to be a popular attraction located adjacent to the patio.
Cowboys Golf Club is an all-inclusive world-class facility open to the public for golf, dining, hospitality, and private events ranging from weddings and golf tournaments to corporate outings. The golf course, which debuted in June 2001, was designed by award-winning architect Jeff Brauer on a pristine natural setting of 159 acres, just 30 minutes from downtown Dallas.
