The Grille House is the heart of the everyday. It is where members land after a round, where lunch stretches into the afternoon, and where dinner with family runs unhurried. The cooking is Southern and honest, wood-fired when the dish asks for it, made with the same care given to the courses outside its windows. Casual by design, serious about the plate.

Beyond the everyday, the Champions Room and the Private Dining Room give members a place to host, celebrate, and gather, with the Grille House kitchen behind every plate. A milestone dinner, a business evening, a table for a few close friends. The kitchen also comes to you: guests staying on campus can arrange a chef in their own cottage, dinner served where the day already ended, and a larger group can have a chef cook in the Barn, turning the room into a private table for the evening. However you gather, the same standard follows the food.
