Champions Retreat is in the midst of its most significant transformation since opening day — a phased, multi-million dollar reinvestment that is reimagining every corner of the club experience. From the moment you arrive to the final putt of the evening, every space has been reconsidered with one question in mind: does this match the quality of what Palmer, Nicklaus, and Player built on the fairways below? The answer, now more than ever, is yes.

The Grille House | Completed Spring 2026

The Grille House has been reimagined from the ground up, with a $2.5 million transformation that finally gives the space the character it always deserved. A larger bar, refinished floors, a wine wall holding over 200 bottles, and thoughtfully curated art paying tribute to the Augusta National Women's Amateur combine to create a dining experience that feels as exceptional as the golf just outside its doors.

Locker House | Completed Spring 2026

From the moment you step into the newly transformed Locker House, it is clear that every detail was considered with you in mind. A spacious new concierge area replaces what was once a closed off, unwelcoming space, offering guests a warm place to settle in and connect with the team. Inside, fully renovated locker rooms with rainfall showers and elevated finishes make the before and after of every round as enjoyable as the round itself.

Practice Facility | Completing Late 2026

When the sun goes down at Champions Retreat, the game does not have to stop. A fully redesigned practice facility featuring an expanded tee, redesigned short game area, new putting green, and TrackMan Range technology across every bay ensures that members have access to the best practice environment in the region, day or night. On the course, a full bunker renovation across all three nines means better playing conditions in every season and on every hole.

North Campus | Completing Late 2026

Not every great moment at Champions Retreat happens on the course. The reimagined north campus features a new putting course designed for friendly competition, casual fun, and cocktail-in-hand conversation after a round. An event lawn framed by the Nicklaus Nine provides a stunning backdrop for gatherings that bring the whole membership together in a setting that feels uniquely this club.

We've always been proud of what Arrowhead offers, but these renovations take it to a whole new level. From the pickleball courts to the pools to the locker rooms, every detail was thoughtfully done with our members in mind.
